EVERYTHING EXCELLENT

Our experience in Japan was truly wonderful thanks to our guide Gerard. We had the opportunity to visit Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, and thanks to him we were able to learn a lot about Japanese culture. His patience, dedication, and the love with which he does his job made us feel very comfortable at all times. My daughter and I enjoyed every second of the trip, and we can definitely say that Gerard was the best guide ever. I highly recommend both him and his team. In addition, Peri, who helped us coordinate everything at the agency, was incredible. She always answered my questions and planned everything exactly as I requested, without omitting any details! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR TRIP A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Our experience in Japan was incredible thanks to Peri. He accompanied us to discover unique and magical places, many of which we didn't want to leave. His extensive knowledge of the country, his passion for what he does, and his dedication to making every moment special are evident. His explanations were excellent, our time was perfectly optimized, and we were able to make the most of it. Always attentive, he answered all our questions and helped us immensely during our first days in Japan. Without a doubt, our visit would not have been the same without him. Highly recommended.

Arisa Kusuhara is an excellent guide. We were able to visit four prefectures in just two days! We enjoyed the highlights of Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Without her, we would not have been able to visit these prefectures and would have missed out. We saved a lot of time thanks to her extensive knowledge of tourist routes. She offered us several tour options and made the most of our time together. She helped us both before and during the tour, and kindly offered assistance on the day of our flight from Osaka. In addition, she speaks several languages, is professional, very friendly, and considerate. We will definitely book with her again.

Excellent tour guide!

When you have a customer service company, it usually makes you a little more demanding when hiring a service. We loved that Peri knows that customer service goes far beyond that. He read our profile and understood us. He was always very empathetic and respectful. You can also see that he has prepared himself with the culture of the country and the history of each place he took us to, which made us feel that we were in the right hands every day. His empathy made him realize that being in another country where you don't know anyone or anything can sometimes be frustrating or scary, such as when things don't go as you want them to. He was always there for us, literally until the day he knew we were almost home. Congratulations on such great service and for creating unforgettable experiences for us!

Excellent customer service
March 20, 2025
We spent three days with Peri, who took us on tours to Nara, Osaka, and Kyoto from February 14 to 16 (2025). He provided excellent service and was extremely friendly, always attentive to everyone's needs, as we traveled by public transportation for three days (and he knows the routes and schedules very well).
During the tours, he gave us historical explanations of the places we visited and also told us a lot about Japanese customs and culture, which was all very interesting. He also took us to restaurants serving typical food and explained each dish so we could order what we liked best. We visited the most iconic sites of general interest, but he also took us to some places that people don't visit much but are very beautiful or interesting because of their history. He always made sure that the sites were of interest to us, and if it wasn't worth going in and paying a fee, we skipped them.
It's important to mention that the tours involve a lot of walking (about 15 to 20 thousand steps a day), but we were entertained by Peri's stories. And it's worth noting that he took some incredible photos of us and then shared them with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your next trip to Japan. In summary: very friendly service, knowledgeable about the places visited, and always attentive to your well-being. I hope these comments are helpful.
