Payment Period

To reserve the tour, a deposit is needed in advance. The deposit is 15% of the total amount of the desired tours.

The remaining payment must be made 7 days before the tour date if you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, or on the day of the tour if you prefer to pay in cash.

Cancellation Policy

The following conditions apply if you cancel for personal or logistical reasons:

• More than 30 days in advance: You will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid, minus any applicable bank transfer fees (around 5% of the total amount).

• Cancellations between 15 and 30 days in advance: You will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid, minus any applicable bank transfer fees (around 5% of the total amount).

• Less than 15 days in advance or no-show: This is considered a final cancellation with no refund or rescheduling option.

All tours booked through this website will take place on the customer's desired date. You will be able to select the tour's date during your booking process.
